CONSULTING SERVICE PACKAGES

United Minds offers a range of consulting service packages designed to meet the unique needs of our clients.  Consulting packages provide clients with the option of a set number of hours for a variety of services or a specific service for a minimum period of six months.  

General Consulting Package
We offer a general consulting package for organizations that need support with various organizational/administrative topics. The fee for our general consulting package is based on the organization’s size, see guide below:
 

Small & Midsize Organizations $350.00 per month
Major Organizations $600.00 per month
 
Service Details		  
Annual Meeting preparation/Support 8 hours per six months
Board & ED support 8 hours per six months
Staff Training 8 hours per six months
Grant Proposal review 5 hours per six months
General Finance support 2 hours per six months
General Questions & support 4 hours per six months

Small organization with a budget up to $250,000
Mid-sized organization with a budget between $250,000 - $500,000
Major organization with a budget of $500,000 +

Grant Proposal Writing Package
If your primary need is grant research and writing support, we can develop a monthly grant writing package that meets your need.  The fees for grant proposal writing are based on the type of grant work requested.

Events Management Package
If your primary need is event management, we can develop a monthly event management package based on the type of event support and management requested. 

Training & Workshops Packages
If your primary need is professional training & workshops, we can develop a monthly training package that meets your training and workshop needs.  The monthly fees are based on the type of training and workshop requested.
